The
order once received takes 24 to 48 hours to process and ship. once shipped USPS
priority usually takes between 1 to 5 business days and UPS usually takes
between 1 to 8 business days to delivery. Business
days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holiday. Orders received Friday
afternoon and weekend usually ships Monday & Tuesday. Delivery times are
taken from the USPS and UPS websites. Neither service time is guaranteed by us
or the carrier.

- We do ship to APO addresses.
- We are not responsible for packages stolen
after delivery. In "NOT DELIVERED AS SHOWN" case customer must provide a claim number opened
with the shipping carrier?. All claim inquiries must be received within 14 days
on shipping date.
- Shipping Insurance does not cover the "not
delivered as shown" or stolen packages after delivery. It only covers lost
in transit or damaged packages.
