Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

USPS (United States Postal Service)
Standard shipping via USPS.

UPS Ground
Ships via UPS and requires an Adult Signature upon delivery (mandatory).
UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Free Shipping (Orders $299+)
Orders of $299 or more qualify for free shipping. The most economical carrier will be selected at our discretion.
Free shipping does not apply to P.O. Boxes.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
  • Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend typically ship on Monday or Tuesday
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • USPS: 1–5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • We do ship to APO addresses

Free shipping exclusions:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Montana
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Puerto Rico

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Please check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) for further assistance

Shipping carriers may use GPS coordinates, delivery scans, and driver confirmation to verify the delivery location. This information is maintained by the carrier and can help locate your package.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered, the carrier is best equipped to investigate and resolve any delivery issues. We are happy to assist you with next steps if needed.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added peace of mind.

  • Covers lost or damaged packages in transit
  • Does not cover packages marked as delivered or stolen after delivery

If insurance is not selected, resolution of delivery-related issues may need to be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
  • Any delivery issue claims must be reported within 14 days of the shipping date
