Return Policy
We do our best to ensure every order is accurate before it leaves our warehouse, with checks in place to help prevent errors. However, occasional mistakes can happen, and we apologize in advance if this occurs. We’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
Incorrect Items Shipped
If we send you the wrong item:
- We will ship the correct item to you immediately with priority shipping
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, so you can easily send the incorrect item back unopened and unused
We kindly ask that incorrect items are not opened or used, as they must be returned in order for us to complete the replacement.
Incorrect Items Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item:
- You may return the item for store credit
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Once the item is returned, a store credit will be issued for the product only
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the store credit.
Product Satisfaction
We carry a wide range of products from different manufacturers.
- We are a distribution warehouse and are not responsible for manufacturer defects or product-specific issues
- For concerns related to product quality, defects, or guarantees, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Closeout items (all sales are final)
- Opened or consumed products
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

- We do not issue refunds on shipping charges
- All returns must be received before any replacement or store credit is issued
