Satisfied with smoothness and quality. Very pleasant smoking. First pack of 5 I opened only had 4 cigars in it however. The others so far appear to be complete.

I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE =NOT SO USER FRIENDLY,A YEAR AGO AND WARNED OF DEFECTS SEEMED TO BE ON THE INCREASE . MY LAST LOT HAD NEARLY 50% REJECT /LACK OF DRAW OR DAMAGED /NON SMOKEABLE THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH NOW I AM SWITCHING TO SWISHER SWEET WOOD TIP .SAD TO HAVE TO LET GO !
