I love the flavor and taste of a good Backwoods.Here lately ,I average 20 to 40 % of each pack being Faulty. They are not completely wrapped about 2/3rd s of they way up the cigar. they wont burn. I am getting discouraged with the fact of wasting money. Please try to resolve this issue so I don't have to changed to a different product? Sincerely, Ed Wales

I love sweet cigars. I was buying Rum and Vanilla cigars from Key West at a price of $40.00 for 25 cigars. One night I was out and was jonesing for a cigar so I ran up to the corner store and purchased a pack of Backwoods Honey berry cigars. After the first one I had found my cigar SOUL MATE for a FRACTION of the price! These cigars are the finest, smoothest and sweetest cigars I have ever tried! When I die, put a pack in my shirt pocket!

we have been ordering these cigars for more than a year and have been very happy. the last two shipments we have had at least one pack of cigars with half rolled unsmokable cigars. very disappointing
